Meet Bayley (she/her)

Bayley Pharr, MMFT is a psychotherapist providing in-person & virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families in Franklin, Tennessee. She is currently working toward licensure under the supervision of Tonya Robbins, LMFT (TN1368).

Bayley strives to provide each of her clients a safe & supportive space as they navigate their anxiety, depression, trauma, transitions, & loss . She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Narrative, & Gestalt therapy in order to meet the specific needs of her clients. Additionally, Bayley is trained in Conflict Management & is pursuing becoming a Rule 31 mediator.

In her spare time, Bayley enjoys spending time with family & friends on the lake, reading books, drinking coffee, & playing with her dog, Si.

Credentials:

• Master’s Degree in Marriage &Family Therapy, concentration of Conflict Management (Lipscomb University)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Ecology, concentration of Child Development and Family Relations (Tennessee Technological University)

• Certified Family Life Educator

• Member of the American Association of Marriage & Family Therapy (AAMFT & TNAMFT)
