Hannah R. Pollok, LMFT (temp) is a psychotherapist for individuals & couples at Wellness & Relational Institute. Among her many areas of clinical interest, her specialties are working with teens, women of all ages, couples, & individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. Hannah is particularly interested in helping those who have been diagnosed with, or suspect they may have, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), a disorder she has herself,  as well as other premenstrual & hormone-related disorders. Other issues Hannah works with include: anxiety, depression, neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder), trauma, relationship issues, polyamory/nontraditional relationships, codependency, grief, & life transitions.

Hannah believes therapy is an essential part of personal growth, mental health management, reaching client goals, & healing trauma. For whatever her clients may be seeking, she is honored to walk alongside them by offering inclusive, empathetic therapy services. Hannah’s affirming, culturally sensitive, & systemic approach integrates narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, expressive arts, The Gottman Method, & experiential therapies. She is currently working toward licensure under the supervision of Tonya Robbins, LMFT, MBA (TN1368).

Hannah also leads a monthly support group, Managing My Cycle: Living with PMDD, at Wellness and Relational Institute. Contact her to learn more about the group! In her spare time, Hannah enjoys graphic design, going to the movies, tending to her many house plants, & quality time with her partner Bill, their cats, Margo & Nat & cattle dog, River.
